The customer has 10 calendar days to return an item(s) from the date of delivery. The item(s) must be shipped by the 10th day. To be eligible for a return, they must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. All item(s) must have the receipt or proof of purchase. A formal return case is opened.

Once we receive your item(s), Hellodia Wardrobe will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will not accept a return for the reasons listed but not limited to what is listed below:
Item was not as expected (arrived in the condition listed)
The customer changes their mind
We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item(s). This process may take up to 7 calendar days.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning the item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable
